You can contact us directly or you can be referred to us by your health professional.
Individuals themselves and health professionals are welcome to complete a referral form. Contact us or email for a copy of the referral form to be sent to you.
Is DBT right for me
If you think DBT may be for you, contact us by phone or email, to arrange a initial consultation. We will help you to understand what is involved in the program and how DBT might help you.

If DBT seems to be an appropriate program for you, we will continue with an orientation to treatment that takes four sessions to complete.
Orientation needs to be completed prior to entering a skills training group. New clients can start the group skills training at the beginning of each module.
Small group sizes
Groups minimum number in order for a group to run is 4 and capped at 8 participants per module. The reason we keep our group to a small number is to create a safe and low non-overwhelming stimulating environment.
Due to each module running for 10 weeks, there may be a waiting period so contact us today to find out when you can start.
It is recommended that participants complete the three modules twice. However, this can be assessed after the first round of the three modules. The three modules take 6 months to complete, this does include breaks in between modules.
