An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential counselling and wellbeing support to employees through an arrangement with their employer. It offers a private space to talk through personal, family or work-related concerns that may be affecting wellbeing, relationships or day-to-day functioning

Where an employer has an EAP agreement with CMD Counselling Services, eligible employees can access counselling support without needing to organise payment personally.

EAP counselling is private and confidential. Information shared during counselling sessions is not provided to an employer without the employee's consent except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious concern for safety.
